Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery in 3 to 9 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery in 1 to 2 business days.

International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: Delivery in 4 to 8 business days.
- Express International Shipping: Delivery in 2 to 3 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing.

Shipping Methods

We use Canada Post and UPS to deliver our products. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order online. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Issues

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@aquabrushcosetics.store with your order number so we can investigate the issue. Please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your expense.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@aquabrushcosetics.store. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, file a claim with the carrier.
